“Yoga, for me, is a gentle reminder of the resources we already carry within“
My Story
My journey with yoga began with the desire to shape my body for modeling — but very quickly, it led me much deeper, becoming the path that helped me out of depression.
When critical thoughts pulled me away from my body, yoga taught me how to feel it again, how to hold it with kindness, and how to love it as a whole. Whenever I felt lost, yoga slowly illuminated my everyday life, restored my energy, helped me look at things from a calmer perspective, and allowed me to see new possibilities.
Over time, my intention shifted. What began as a purely physical practice transformed into a path of presence, inner soothing, and conscious living.
From these experiences grew a natural need to share yoga with others. I create a space free from pressure and judgment — a place where you can slow down, soften, rebuild your sense of feeling, and immerse yourself in the subtle layers of being. I believe everyone deserves time for themselves and the chance to experience yoga in a simple, accessible way… and to discover what it can bring into their life.
My Mission
Yoga for me is a reminder of the inner resources we already have. My mission is to create classes that open a space for experiencing yourself and your body – gently, without pressure.
During practice, I invite you to explore your body in a way that makes it sensitive, receptive, intuitive, yet grounded and integrated. I hold space for inner silence, intuition, and for building a tender relationship with yourself and the world around you.
Yoga is a space where you can grow, soften, and return to feeling — every time you practice, or whenever you find yogic qualities beyond the mat.
Yoga is a space for growth — a place where you awaken to life and to feeling each time you practice, and whenever you find yoga’s qualities beyond the mat.

Experience
Right after completing my first teacher training, I began teaching yoga. For over a year, Poland was the place where I grew as a new teacher — working with adults, children, seniors, and offering individual sessions. Later, I gained experience in Sicily, teaching yoga in an addiction recovery center, where yoga was an essential part of the therapeutic program.
Today, Sicily is a place where I host yoga retreats.
I’m inspired by movement, nature, music, and words — and whatever resonates within me naturally finds its way into the practices I share.
