Individual Sessions and Therapeutic Approach
Individual sessions give you a space designed entirely around what you need. Instead of following a group pace, we focus on your body, your rhythm, and what feels supportive in the moment. By paying attention to your breath, how you move, and where tension appears, I can guide the practice so it truly meets you where you are.
In our work together, I mainly use Integral Fascial Yoga, a gentle and therapeutic approach that supports the whole body. It helps you unwind built-up tension gradually and safely, without creating additional strain.
Individual sessions are a good choice if you want to:
- receive attentive, personalized guidance,
- enter the world of yoga at a pace that feels right for you,
- work with accumulated tension in a safe and conscious way,
- deepen your practice and focus on a specific area or theme,

Time just for you
If you’re dealing with chronic tension, pain, or stiffness, individual therapeutic sessions can support you in gradually releasing these patterns. They can also work well alongside manual therapies such as Rolfing, Osteopathy, and similar modalities.
1:1 practice is time dedicated entirely to you – a space to gently reconnect with your natural balance, ease, and the “factory settings” of your body.
